I've just updated my laptop via Windows Update to 1803 – I suppose I could have waited, but I have working backups stored so I am not that fussed about installing the latest update. And Windows 10 starts with annoying notifications, that the disk is full. Due to the fact, that a drive letter is assigned, the logical drive will be shown in explorer.
Some people notice after upgrading to Windows 10 April Update, that there is a new partition (recovery partition with Windows PE).
